Neck: Wrap the tape around the center of your neck, over the larynx, slightly loose.
Chest: Circle the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Sleeve: Bend your arm slightly. Start at the base of the neck; follow the shoulder and elbow to the wrist bone. Sleeveless items have no sleeve measurement.
